Shop with Confidence... when you place an order using the Versatile Trolley web site, your credit card is processed by PayPal. If you change your mind, just send back the unused item in its original packaging within 21 days for a full refund... no problem!
About Us At The Versatile Trolley Company we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments or if you discover any unusual uses we haven't thought of we'd love to receive photos or descriptions email us.
We may even build a gallery of the most interesting ones in the future!

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. 'Click to buy' and you will reach a page explaining pricing and delivery and from there be able to click on the PayPal 'buy now' button.
We accept credit and debit card payment either in the normal way or via a Paypal Account - make your choice at checkout. If you prefer to pay by cheque please make it payable to 'The Versatile Trolley Company' and remember to include the appropriate cost of postage and your delivery details.
Deliveries We aim to process and dispatch all orders within two days. We deliver via DHL and parcels are tracked, delivered 'signed for', and should be received within 3 working days of despatch. Two free re-delivery attempts are included in the postage cost. Delivery price quoted is for Mainland UK only. Shipping And Handling Versatile Trolleys are sent by DHL within mainland UK, next working day service at a cost of just £4.99. However shipments to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Scottish Islands carry a surcharge of £16.00. Please ask for a shipping quote for all other destinations.
Credit Card Security We use PayPal's system to process our credit card transactions providing total peace of mind. We do not have access to your credit card information unless you place your order verbally with us.

Returns Policy Within 21 days of purchase you may return, at your cost, any goods that remain in their new condition in their original packaging for a full refund, less the original shipping cost.

Remittance Terms Goods will not be despatched until remittance is received (and in the case of cheques, cleared) in full.
Disclaimer In spite of it's versatility, this trolley should never be used to carry children or pets!
When confirmation of order is sent, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
